Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Next Venture Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

 


 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Tags must be intact, and items must be in original condition.

Note: Final sale items, limited-edition drops, and gift cards are non-refundable.

 


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contactus@nextventureapparel.com
    Include your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Our team will respond with next steps and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 


 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

 


 

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem — as long as it's in stock, we’ll send it your way after receiving your returned item.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’re truly sorry — that’s on us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout (when applicable)

International Shipping:

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days

  • International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Note: Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, but we’ll help however we can.
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address

  • Look around your property or ask neighbors

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

Pre-Orders and Limited Drops

Some exclusive items may ship on a delayed release schedule. If this applies to your item, the estimated ship date will be noted in the product description.
